Lakers shooting guard Nick Young can definitely stuff the stat sheet with offensive numbers to make your eyes pop, but defensively, well… let’s just say he may not know the meaning of the word “defense.”
Against the Rockets, Young apparently decided it would be best to basically just leave his man, walk into the paint, and forget his man was wide open for a three point attempt that went in.
Oh it gets better.
Even when he realized his man is wide open, there’s no dash to try to cover him or communication with his teammates to defend him.
