Chris Paul of the Los Angeles Clippers got a technical Thursday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers and he was not one bit happy about it. Female referee Lauren Holtkamp issued him a technical as well as DeAndre Jordan. After the game, Paul called the technical “terrible” and said that if she keeps calling that way, “this might not be for her,” according to Kevin Ding of Bleacher Report
CP said he didn’t understand Holtkamp not letting Clippers inbound ball faster and didn’t curse, asking why (not)? CP: “I swear on my kid.”

The National Basketball Referees Association fired back at Paul and pretty much said he was out of line.

Holtkamp had just moved up from the D-League this season to officiate in the NBA.
