The end of the Hawks game almost made Jeff Teague’s offensive plays in the final minute an after-thought. But, Teague made some incredible passes to set up his teammates for easy lay-ups in crunch time and that is impressive.

Then, just 27 seconds later with the Hawks up two points, Teague set up Carroll again for another bunny. This one put the Hawks up by 4 with 30.9 seconds left. The Wizards almost overcame the four point lead but these two plays by Teague are a big reason the Hawks are advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals.
