Kerr has made it no secret that he wants to be a head coach in the NBA someday. And the Knicks have done a poor job keeping it a secret that they are targeting Kerr to be their coach. It looks like something could very well get done after the first round ends and the games get more spaced out so he can negotiate more with the Knicks and finalize his contract.
