Spurs guard Marco Belinelli is known for hitting the three with ease.
So why wouldn’t a robot want to learn to shoot the three from Marco? Yes you read that right, Marco taught a robot to shoot from long range.
An Italian company called created the robot Comau RACER. The creators wanted the robot to mimic human movements and figured the robot should learn an NBA level shooting-form from Marco.
Check out Marco getting tested by a machine until Marco decided to dunk the ball. Oh and the robot also learned how to play defense from Belinelli as well. It just stood there (h/t Project Spurs).
