While the NBA players and owners are duking it out in meetings over a new collective bargaining agreement, China and Australia were duking it out old-school style.
And by old-school I mean a good old-fashioned bench-clearing, chair-tossing brawl.
The Melbourne Tigers and the Foshan Dralions took part in an exhibition game in China and as you will see, tempers flared and things got a wee bit out of control.
Apparently, a Tigers player gave a Dralion player a light punch which didn’t sit well with the Chinese players. This led to both benches clearing out and as the great Ron Burgundy said, “Boy, that escalated quickly. I mean that really got out of hand fast!”
