Well so much for the 2011-2012 NBA season.
All this means is NBA players will have to really take it upon themselves to stay mentally and physically focused in what will turn out to be a long wait until the NBA returns.
Speaking of staying physically fit, take Oklahoma City Thunder’s Serge Ibaka for example. He and Rudy Fernandez are currently playing overseas in Spain as teammates with Real Madrid and recently Ibaka figured traditional iron plates to build his biceps was so last century.
Ibaka decided he needed to take his workout up a notch and use Fernandez as a barbell and curl his 185 lbs. teammate.
Now watching the footage, Ibaka really needs to stop swinging his back and bending his knees so much. He also needs more extension on the way down before curling Rudy.
Come on Serge! Everyone who knows when curling a human being you need more technique.
