Tennis great Billy Jean King must be beaming right now after New York Liberty’s Cappie Pondexter held her own at the Las Vegas Impact League when faced off against Minnesota Timberwolves’ Sebastian Telfair.
The Timberwolves guard and Pondexter went a few rounds of one-on-one (via Bloguin’s Hoops Manifesto) during a game at Impact and from the looks of things, Minnesota might want to discuss a trade with the Liberty.
Poor Telfair. After seeing this video, who knows what kind of smack players will be talking to him on the court.
