Many Minnesota Timberwolves fans feel "next season" may never come. Season after season, the team is full of promise yet somehow do not make the playoffs or get struck with injuries which derail any momentum. Case in point, last season.
Minnesota was looking great at the beginning of last season but sensational guard Ricky Rubio went down with an ACL injury and the excitement of a promising season was quickly deflated.
And now, the season is nearing and the Timberwolves will be looking to make the playoffs but will have to hold the fort down until Rubio comes back from ACL rehab. But if the following video is any indication, Ricky is looking like he is ahead of schedule (December) which should make many Timberwolves fans giddy with excitement.
