I bet this was not the type of interview former Celtics coach Rick Pitino expected when he came on Boston radio show "Toucher & Rich."
The hosts of the show had only one thing in mind when Pitino came on the show – to call him out and tell him he sucked as the Celtics coach and ruined the team.
Yup you read that right. Pitino got called out and the entire interview lasted mere seconds. Take a listen.
So Pitino was the Celtics coach about 15 years ago and it still seems the Celtics fan base still get riled up when the topic of Pitino as coach comes up.
However, the question is whether or not this was the right thing to do or not? Yes the radio show caught Rick off guard and perhaps this was low brow but the fact remains, Pitino did make several questionable moves during his tenure as Boston's head coach.
