The Pistons probably thought they were definitely headed to overtime versus the Blazers with the score tied at 109 with just 8.2 seconds left on the game clock.
However, Blazers' Damien Lillard had other things in mind.
Again, with just 1.2 seconds left in the game Lillard proceeded to end any hops Detroit had at having a shot to win in the extra period when he nailed the game-winning shot to secure a 111-109 win for Portland.
