That was Spurs' Tim Duncan's weighing in on the long wait until Game 1 of the NBA Finals as the Heat and Pacers duke it out in the Eastern Conference Finals currently tied at 2-2.
But with the long wait comes the often asked question… rest versus rust, which is preferred?
For the Spurs, their aged core of Manu Ginobili, Tony Parker, and Duncan will more than likely will welcome the rest but come rust will definitely set in.
After clinching the West title, Duncan admitted the team will welcome the rest but admits the Spurs will be rusty once the Finals kick off.
