We would be remiss if we talked about All-Star Weekend and failed to mention the best individual performance of the weekend so far.
No, it was not John Wall in the dunk contest. Or Andre Drummond, Dion Waiters and Tim Hardaway Jr. in the BBVA Compass Rising Stars Challenge.
The best performance of the weekend so far came from Secretary of Education Arne Duncan in the Sprint Celebrity Game.
Don't believe me? Just watch:

Duncan recorded 20 points, 11 rebounds and six assists as his team won 60-56. That is six assists in a game where his team made just 25 field goal attempts. He was +19 for the game. Not that it matters in a game where Kevin Hart wins the popularity contest that is the Celebrity Game MVP.
Even the boisterous Hart — seven points on 2-for-11 shooting for the losing team — had to give the MVP trophy over to the Harvard basketball alumnus. Duncan was the best player among the out-of-shape, D-List celebrities, ESPN personalities and half-trying WNBA players.
It is good to know that you can be 50 and still dominate at All-Star Weekend.
