That is Dave Carmichael of WHTK in Sacramento reporting Mourning and Richmond will be announced as Hall of Famers this weekend.

Mourning and Richmond’s former teammate Tim Hardaway was not among those that got the Hall of Fame nod this year. Hardaway told Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports that he was not named a Hall of Famer this year. That will surely be coming (hopefully not as long as Spencer Haywood has had to wait… and Haywood is reportedly going to have to wait a little longer).

The Basketball Hall of Famers will be announced this weekend and officially introduced at the NCAA national championship game Monday night.
