LeBron headed back to Miami for rehab

LeBron James is heading back to  his old stomping grounds of Miami for some much needed rest and rehabilitation. The process for LeBron to heal from his knee and back injures requires him to get to the best places for his body to heal like warmer climate areas. That’s where Miami comes in. James has been excused from team activities for this reason although he has done some of his rehab at the Cavs’ practice facility. James has missed the last six games because of his left knee and back and the Cavaliers are targeting next Thursday’s game against the Clippers as a potential return date. However, they will not fully commit to the date should there be a setback in LeBron’s rehab process.
