Our nightly look ahead to the schedule with a couple of notes and story lines so you can plan out your NBA viewing. All Times Eastern.
Fire up the League Pass
8:00 Denver Nuggets @ Houston Rockets
For an 11-game night, the matchups tonight certainly don’t scream out “OH MY GOD YOU HAVE TO WATCH THE NBA TONIGHT” (you will see what I mean in the list of games). But this game will be a fun one. You have got two high-powered offenses, which is always something that triggers that “hmmm… let’s just see what’s going on in this game” itch on the remote finger. Plus, Denver is looking to get back to its winning ways after being decimated by injuries. Houston sits there two games ahead of the Nuggets… so this is an important game for the both of them. The ingredients are there for an entertaining game.
Couple of notes:
- The Nuggets are 11-1 on the year when out-rebounding and out-shooting the opposition in the same game
- Houston is only 3-4 when hitting 10 or more 3-pointers this season
