I guess if the owners want more of an NFL-style system, they’re going to get an NFL-style negotiation. Decertification allows for lawsuits… but it also allows for agents to take a much more powerful role in the negotiations. Considering the deals these agents have pulled out of owners recently, maybe players want them more involved.
