Maybe the NBA should call this guy for help. In all seriousness, though, the NBA shouldn’t be looking to the NFL for a blueprint for dealing with a lockout. They’re two different leagues with different systems and different issues. They’ve got completely different leadership and vastly different extenuating circumstances.
