Attention Fans: The Knicks Don’t Want You

The New York Knicks owner James Dolan responded to an email by a lifelong fan in a way that is concurrent with the how he has run the Knicks organization – disgraceful.

According to Timothy Burke’s Deadspin article, Dolan wrote back to the fan that he was a “Negative force in everyone who comes in contact with…” Dolan also told the fan to “Start rooting for the Nets because the Knicks don’t want you.”

In the email, Dolan prides himself on celebrating his 21-year anniversary of sobriety. So that means Dolan was completely sober when he dished out over $30 million for Andrea Bargnani?

The notorious 7-foot shooter who can’t shoot, Andrea Bargnani who is making $11.5 million this season while averaging 8.9 points and 3.6 rebounds in 44 games in 1.5 seasons as a Knick.

It’s not smart for Dolan to be pushing away fans at this point. The Knicks are the worst team in basketball right now with a record of 10-41 and are currently on a 3-game skid.

The Knicks are so bad that ESPN and ABC dropped them from any future televised games for the 2014-2015 season.

James Dolan, it’s not this lifelong fan the Knicks don’t want, it’s you.
