So Spurs guard Cory Joseph has a rap song dedicated to him

Apparently San Antonio Spurs’ Cory Joseph has an entire rap song dedicated to him by Canadian rapper “C Black featuring Mike Black.” Basically, it’s a tribute to Cory, who is Canadian, where the rappers, who are also Canadian, highlight some of his best moments as a Spur. They rap about his massive dunk on Serge Ibaka, winning […]

A-Wade-ing Father Time

When the Miami Heat open up their season at home against the Washington Wizards on October 29, there will be a little more trick than there will be treat. Obviously, unless you have been exiled from the basketball community for the past three months, you are aware the Heat are now without LeBron James. Miami managed to maintain Chris […]

Chris Bosh heads back to the post

LeBron James effectively made Chris Bosh a glorified spot-up shooter. Yes, Bosh still made the All-Star Game (and has made the All-Star game for the last eight years), but how much of that had to do with his being a member of the Heat and their attention-gathering, winning ways. Bosh had to fill a role […]

Checking in with the Spurs after media day

The fellas over at Project Spurs, Jeff Garcia and Aaron Preine, attended media day for the San Antonio Spurs and though Aaron thought it was uneventful, there were comments from Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili that may have caught NBA fans off guard.

Duncan revealed how close he was to retiring after last season and Ginobili made it known he is still miffed at the Spurs for not letting him play for Team Argentina at the 2014 FIBA World Cup this summer.

The duo also touched on the re-signing of center Aron Baynes, and for those of you who stay tuned for the entire video, there’s a special Easter Egg waiting to be discovered.

See if you can wait to see what it is!

Could Keith Bogans help the Cavs land Roy Hibbert?

There have been a number of innocuous trades and roster moves as training camps get set to start. Nothing major. No James Harden trade to wake us up before the season starts or clue us into any master plans. Just minor things. Like whenKeith Bogans was shipped from Boston to Cleveland for the non-guaranteed contracts […]

Deron Williams and Kobe Bryant engage in an unlikely war of words

It is no secret Deron Williams of the Brooklyn Nets has not been all that great in the past few seasons. He was consistently one of the few best point guards in the NBA throughout his time in Utah, and after a decent start with New Jersey/Brooklyn, injuries have claimed a lot of his productivity. So it is […]
