Portland, Dallas kick off Western Conference playoffs

NBA PlayoffsWhile Saturday’s televised playoff games will be focused more on the East, Portland and Dallas could steal the show.

LaMarcus Aldride will lead his Portland Trailblazers into battle against the Dallas Mavericks at the American Airlines Center on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. CST on ESPN.

Sunday will be dominated by the Western Conference as the Spurs and Grizzlies start off the day at 12:00 p.m. CST on TNT. The New Orleans Hornets will be in Los Angeles to take on the Lakers at 2:30 p.m. CST on ABC. Denver will be in Oklahoma City to close out the day at 8:30 CST on TNT.

Pull up your favorite armchair and get your pizza and wings orders in early, because combined with the Eastern Conference games, that’s a jam-packed weekend of playoff basketball.
