Last year’s Champs, the Dallas Mavericks, were embarrassed for the second straight game, losing by 23 to Denver.  The LA Lakers, meanwhile, were out-gunned by the Sacramento Kings as both teams dropped to 0-2 on the season.

Kevin Durant dropped 33 points on the Minnesota Timberwolves on 12-23 shooting.  He added 5 rebounds and 3 assists
