 The Dallas Mavericks looked like they had their first win of the season in hand, until Kevin Durant’s three at the buzzer.  In the late game, Kobe Bryant went off for 28 points to lead the LA Lakers past the New York Knicks.

 Durant had 30 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists in the win.  Dwight Howard put up 16 points and 24 rebounds in Orlando’s win in New Jersey
