Deadline Dealin’: A complete rundown of today’s deals

Trade deadline day is finally here.  Here’s a running tab of the deals done today.  It will be constantly updated with any new developments:

3:42 PM: Yahoo!’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports the Clippers, Wizards and Nuggets have agreed to a three team trade that will send Nene to Washington, JaVale McGee to Denver and Nick Young to Los Angeles.

3:09 PM: Yahoo!’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports the Lakers have traded Derek Fisher and the 2012 first round pick they received from Dallas to Houston for Jordan Hill.

2:26 PM: Yahoo!’s Marc Spears also reports the San Antonio Spurs have traded Richard Jefferson to Golden State for Stephen Jackson.

2:23 PM: Yahoo!’s Marc Spears reports the Blazers have traded Marcus Camby to the Houston Rockets.

1:40 PM: ESPN’s Brian Windhorst reports the Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to trade Ramon Sessions & Christian Eyenga to the Los Angeles Lakers for Luke Walton and a lottery protected 2012 first round draft pick.   Windhorst also reports the Lakers have the right to swap picks with Cavs’s 2013 draft pick they acquired from the Miami Heat.

12:58 PM: Yahoo!’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports the Nets have sent Mehmet Okur, Shawne Williams and a protected first round pick to Portland for Gerald Wallace.

11:07 AM:  Yahoo!’s Marc Spears reports the Indiana Pacers have acquired Leandro Barbosa from the Toronto Raptors in exchange for a 2nd round pick

10:57 AM:  Ken Berger of CBS Sports reports the Philadelphia 76’ers have acquired Sam Young from the Memphis Grizzlies for the rights to 2005 2nd round pick Ricky Sanchez.  David Aldridge of TNT adds Memphis has now dealt all three of their 2009 Draft picks within three years: Thabeet, DeMarre Carroll, Young.
