The Morning After: HOLY DWIGHT HOWARD!!

Dwight Howard shoots one of his record 39 free throws

Every morning, we’ll have a look at the big news from the previous night’s action in a round up of recaps and reactions from around the web.

The Big Headline

Dwight Howard dropped 45 points and 23 rebounds on the Golden State Warriors.  The the “hack-a-Dwight” strategy sort of went haywire.  He DID shoot barely above 50% from the line, but he took an NBA record 39 free throws.  In non-Dwight Howard news, Carmelo Anthony sprained his ankle in the Knicks loss to the Memphis Grizzlies
