Lou Amundson’s airball is glorious

Justttttt a bit short there Lou! NYC’s Lou Amundson may have been the hero for the Knicks in their recent win over the defending champs Spurs when he forced overtime with a game-tying layup but versus the Wolves that was a different story. Heading right to the rim, Lou found himself with the easiest layup a player […]

Bulls’ Noah celebrates too rough with teammates

Hey take it easy there Joakim! It’s bad enough the Bulls don’t have their point guard Derrick Rose on the court due to injury, but if Joakim Noah keeps abusing his teammates after every great play, their injury list may grow. After the Bulls’ win over Indiana, Noah decided to punch and push around his […]

Clippers’ Jordan uses Redick’s jersey as a tissue

So there J.J. Redick was, doing an interview, minding his own business when all along his teammate DeAndre Jordan is behind him, prepping to video bomb him at ultimate levels. Nope! Jordan didn’t make a funny face, dance around, toss a towel on Redick’s head as in usual video bombs, instead, he decided to pick […]

Hawks’ coach Bud is utterly stunned at ref’s call

Usually when an NBA ref makes a bad call, head coaches go right at the ref and spout out a verbal tirade, hoping to either get the ref to reverse the call or just to voice their opinion at a bad call. But not Hawks head coach Mike Budenholzer, who gave the ref the stare […]

John Wall shows he could be an Olympic hurdler

Wizards’ John Wall can get up to throw down sick dunks, however, the fans in Washington sitting close to the court also found out first hand just how great his leaping ability really is. While chasing a ball out of bounds, Wall found himself about to crash into the fans when he jumped so high […]

LeBron James, Iman Shumpert have a dunk-off during pregame warmups

It seems fans in Orlando who got to the arena early enough Sunday were treated to a dunk-off between Cavs’ LeBron James and Iman Shumpert. During pregame warmups, James showed off one sick between-the-legs, off-the-backboard dunk while Shumpert tossed the ball in the air only to throw it down with authority. A video posted by […]

Chris Paul’s flop versus Houston is nothing short of spectacular

The Clippers’ Chris Paul might be lighter in the wallet after the NBA sees a replay of this flop. Against Houston, Paul found himself heading right to James Harden as he was heading to the rim. The result, Paul tries to bait the refs into calling an offensive foul on Harden with a flop that […]

Spurs’ Ginobili calls a tech on the ref

Well talk about a role reversal. During the San Antonio-Minnesota game, Spurs guard Manu Ginobili was at the free throw when the ref tossed the ball at him. However, Manu wasn’t paying attention and the ball smacked his face. The result, Manu called a technical foul on the ref.

Things get heated between Schroder, Goodwin after dunk

Although I wouldn’t know, I am sure there’s nothing like posterizing someone. Knowing you humiliated them in front of thousands of people, with the adrenaline pumping, and knowing you just overpowered another human. Yes I am sure one can get very hyped after such feat which is probably why the Hawks’ Dennis Schroder upped the […]

Doc Rivers loosens up his neck and makes some odd faces

NBA players usually have their pregame warm-ups which includes stretching, sprints, a few laps, and more to loosen up the muscles and get warm before tip-off. Usually coaches don’t get loose before games, but the Clippers’ Doc Rivers needed to get his neck warmed up as well and went to town on the bench as […]

D-League’s Eric Griffin throws down dunk ‘Mailman’ style

Hornets’ fan takes a face full of basketball leather

Oh man! During the Kings-Hornets game, the ball went sailing out of bounds and into the stands where one Hornets fan found out what a basketball tastes like. Instead of paying attention to the game, this fan was too busy checking on a cell phone and had no idea the ball was on a trajectory with […]

Kevin Durant is not going to play for this man, and even if he’s fired at the end of the season, that will surely be much too late to change KD’s mind. No star player is going to look at Scott’s handling of D’Angelo Russell and conclude that the Lakers are a good place to chase championships.

Lakers’ Byron Scott’s got playoff jokes

At a current record of 17-46, the Lakers are all but eliminated from the postseason, even though they were practically eliminated from the playoffs since Game 1 of their season. No Kobe Bryant, no Julius Randle, and a roster full of players who don’t have the chops to lead L.A. to the playoffs, all but […]
