OKC’s Perkins has a seat on Memphis’ Mike Miller

File this under things you never see in an NBA game.

During last night’s Thunder-Grizzlies Game 3 of their playoff series, OKC’s Kendrick Perkins was scrambling for a loose ball when he decided to sit on Grizzlies’ Mike Miller… literally.

Seriously, Perk treats Miller like a love seat.

The Thunder would go on to lose the game but at least Perkins left a lasting impression on Miller. Get it?

Pacers home playoff tickets dirt cheap

OK so maybe the Indiana Pacers were not rolling into the postseason on the right foot. They lost 12-13 games in the closing games of the regular season, been dealing with internal turmoil and lost their home-opening postseason game to the Hawks. Clearly this Pacers team is all out of whack at the wrong time. […]

Bobcats’ McRoberts posterizes ‘Birdman’ in dunk of weekend

The Bobcats may have come up short in Game 1 in their series versus the defending champs Miami Heat but Josh McRoberts made his presence know to Heat’s Chris Andersen aka “Birdman.”

Going right at the rim, only “Birdman” was in the way of McRoberts but that was of little significance as Josh just put Andersen on a poster with a vicious dunk.

Check it out.

Clippers’ Crawford with the half court shot

Clippers’ Jamal Crawford is a scorer whether it be inside or outside the paint and he displayed his range in game 1 of the series versus the Warriors.

With seconds left going into the half, Crawford heaved a shot from half court which only saw the ball swish through the net.

Despite L.A. dropping game one to Golden State, Crawford definitely gave the fans something to cheer about.

Houston’s Harden might want to learn defense before the postseason begins

Rocket’s James Harden is one prolific scorer in the NBA. He can drive to the rim, nail the outside shot and put up huge numbers any given night.

And with the postseason about to begin this weekend, the Rockets will need his offensive firepower and hopefully, he will learn to play defense very quick.

Check out James and his not-so-great defensive chops throughout the 2013-14 regular season. Seriously, how does he miss so many defensive assignments, or just lose his man?

Shaq smashes Brent Barry’s guitar for no apparent reason

http://youtu.be/ozCUerLgbJ8

It’s not like the fellas over at TNT’s Inside the NBA need more attention to garner more viewers. The show is a hit with Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Shaq and Kenny Smith.

But in true fashion, they delivered a hit with a skit having Shaq smash Brent Barry’s guitar for no apparent reason.

Check out Shaq smashing a guitar while singing some of the 80’s greatest hits.

Spurs’ Matt Bonner + beat boxing = awesome

http://youtu.be/8xiPh-lEDAQ

Spurs forward Matt Bonner is known for his goofiness and all-around silliness. Case in point, this recent video of him beat boxing, and hanging with rappers as he eats wraps.

Yeah I should just shut up and just let you watch the video and all of its glory (h/t Project Spurs).

Charlotte’s Douglas-Roberts with the game-winner

Things are looking up for the Bobcats. Not only are they in the postseason, they are enjoying much-needed success in the regular season too.

In the Cats recent game versus the Hawks, with the game on the line, Chris Douglas-Roberts nailed the game-winner with just seconds left on the game-clock.

Raptors’ DeRozan crushes Kyle Singler

R.I.P. Pistons’ Kyle Singler.

He had a great NBA career but Raptors’ DeMar DeRozan put an end to Singler’s career in Sunday’s game when he absolutely destroyed Singler with one thunderous dunk.

Steve Nash passes Mark Jackson on all-time NBA assist list

http://youtu.be/GqNKiISjdcE

Congratulations goes out to Lakers’ Steve Nash as he passed former guard and current Warriors head coach Mark Jackson on the NBA’s All-Time Assist list.

Nash handed out his 10,335th assist of his career to move him to third on the assist leaders list. Nash passed to Jodie Meeks during the Lakers recent game versus the Rockets.

Best dunks from Suns’ Gerald Green

The 2013-14 NBA season is nearing the end. Hard to believe it but it is true.

The season gave us many highlights from many players but perhaps Suns’ Gerald Green gave NBA fans some of the best dunk-worthy highlights this season. The dunks he displayed on the court were simply jaw-dropping.

Let’s relive some of his best from this season and get set to get up and out of your seat once again.

Gerald Green does it again with an incredible dunk

OK I think it is well-established that Suns’ Gerald Green is one of the best dunkers (if not the best) in the NBA.

And he proved his case once again recently as he did a self-ally-oop versus the Blazers.

Check out this ridiculous dunk by Green and prepare to leap out of your seat.

Brandon Knight destroys Raptors’ Valanciunas

The Bucks’ Brandon Knight pretty much put Raptors’ Jonas Valanciunas in every single highlight, and poster for the rest of this season with a huge dunk.

This dunk is just epic. Be ready to replay it over and over. It is absolutely sick.
